While mangaka Lynn Okamoto is primarily known for creating the Elfen Lied manga series, this is only one of many works he has created. Listed here are works by this creator that fall outside of anything related to Elfen Lied, its situations and universe of characters.
Many of these stories are unknown or only vaguely known outside of Japan. Any user who has knowledge of these stories is encouraged to create an article based on them.

Unlike the previous Flip Flap, this version has only one volume, whereas the previous edition had two. Fewer copies of the previous version are in print.
The new edition includes:
- Exchange With You - A short story believed to be the prototype of Brynhildr in the Darkness. (first appeared in "Weekly Young Jump" No. 8, 2011.)
- Allumage

- Memoria
- MOL
- Digitopolis
- Elfen Lied - An entirely separate story from Elfen Lied, as noted above.
